These terms apply to your use of this website and of The Executor's Companion kit.
About us
This website is operated by Estate in Order. Contact: support@estateinorder.co.uk. We sell the kit directly to you; card payments are processed by Stripe.
Buying the kit
The price shown is the total you pay. When you complete checkout you get immediate access to a download page, and a receipt by email. Your download link works for 30 days — please save the files somewhere safe. The kit is for use with estates in England and Wales, so we can only accept cards issued in the UK.
Guidance, not advice
The kit gives general information about dealing with an estate under the law of England and Wales. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it can't take account of your particular circumstances. Figures and rules were checked against GOV.UK on the date shown in each file, and they can change, so always confirm current figures on GOV.UK. For complex, disputed or insolvent estates, or where trusts, businesses or overseas assets are involved, you should get professional advice.
Your licence
When you buy the kit, you get a personal licence to use it for administering one or more estates in which you, your family or friends are involved. You may print and adapt the templates for that purpose. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the files, or use them to provide paid services to others.
Our liability
We take care to keep the kit accurate, but we can't guarantee it is complete or error-free, and we're not responsible for decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
