Refund policy
The Executor's Companion is a digital download, delivered immediately after purchase.
Your right to cancel
When you buy, you agree to the download starting straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has begun. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allow this for digital content.
If you bought by mistake and haven't downloaded anything, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.
If something is wrong
This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email us within 30 days of purchase. We'll repair or replace it, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
